Despite Jamie’s best efforts to forestall a battle, Tryon gets his skirmish and Brianna realizes it is the Battle of Alamance which many believe sparked the American Revolution.
The Battle of Alamance took place on May 16, 1771 and was the final battle of the Regulator Movement. It is considered to be the opening battle of the American Revolution.
While aboard the Glorianna, Roger encounters Morag MacKenzie and realizes she’s his four-times-great grandmother and her son his three-times-great grandfather. He protects them from the Captain: Stephen Bonnet.
While coming back from warning Murtagh about Governor Tryon’s intentions during the Battle of Alamance, Roger comes across Morag MacKenzie. He tries to warn her but is confronted by her husband (Roger’s 4x great grandfather) Buck MacKenzie who is also the son of Geillis Duncan and Dougal MacKenzie. Buck beats and ties up Roger, leaving him to be thought a Regulator.
Geillis is a time traveler. Could Buck be a time traveler too?
The Brownsville scenes were the hardest to shoot because of two weeks of torrential downpour, everything was muddy.
Roger leads Jamie’s militia to the trading post of Brownsville and finds himself embroiled in a bitter feud. Jamie and Claire arrive to find that Roger’s unusual strategy may have cost them the loyalty of the militia.
Go Lauren Lyle. Lauren was taught how to butcher a pig and a goat prior to filming and actually did the butchering on set. A badass indeed. Honestly, I don’t know if I could do it.
The growing Regulator threat forces Jamie, Claire and Roger to embark on a mission to raise a militia.
As Jamie continues to hunt Murtagh with the aid of the zealous Lieutenant Hamilton Knox, he’s forced to consider whether or not he’s on the right side of history.
Sam Heughan’s uncle created the cross burned in this episode along with the stag from the Scottish festival in Season 4.
Following celebrations in honor of Brianna and Roger’s wedding, Governor Tryon reminds Jamie of his obligation to hunt down and kill Murtagh Fitzgibbons.
I didn’t know most of the stuff they tell you in this video thought admittedly as a kid I was a bigger fan of Labyrinth and actually didn’t know what The Dark Crystal was until I purchased the Labyrinth DVD which came with The Dark Crystal. I think I’ve seen it once though I’m going to rewatch it and I’m actually looking forward to this series.

According to Weebly we violated something. They weren’t very clear. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they banned our account and removed the sites associated with it. So weebly is looking like less of an option though the beauty of it was most of it was free with unlimited storage. Since weebly doesn’t seem to be an option the blog is going to WordPress for now and I’m looking into a new website. Thankfully I have most of the image content and the text content in regards to the episode guides. However everything else is lost because Weebly also doesn’t give you your site when they kick you off their system.

Sam Heughan hosted a special event at Buckingham Palace and he wore a kilt. The event showed off the talent at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Heughan is an alumnus, having graduated from the acting program in 2003. The institution offers education in music, dance, drama, production and film.
