Love it or hate it Sinéad O’Connor, the Irish singer of “Nothing Compares 2 U, contributed to the seventh season of Outlander with her take on the Sky Boat song in the opening credits. While not my favorite version, many have enjoyed it. So there is sadness today with the reports that O’Connor has passed.
Her cause of death has yet to be revealed, but her family gave this statement: “It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Sinéad. Her family and friends are devastated and have requested privacy at this very difficult time.”
